2. Rust from water from a buffer zone
3. Rust from water where two states demand sovereignty

Although no evidence of its existence has been found, red mercury has been attributed to properties related to the production of nuclear weapons, ballistic missile guidance, and radar camouflage.

Despite the truth of the material is doubtful, it is traded on the black market, meaning it has economic, and thus also real value.
